Introducing…The Fantastic 4!
If I had to choose an OFEX uniform for the warehouse, it would be capes as the team really are Superheroes!
– it’s not just me that says this, our lovely customers do too. They have emailed me about the OFEX Ops team totally spontaneously during this lockdown period to tell me how much they have valued their steadfastness during these turbulent times.
Whilst you’ve been self-isolating; these guys have been picking and packing their big hearts out! Their super powers are hard-working, diligent, conscientious, super-efficient, 100% reliable, will always go the extra mile and they are always such a trustworthy, friendly bunch with high integrity.
You get to know a persons real make up when “the going gets tough” and these chaps certainly have been the epitome of “the tough gets going”…
They’ve not missed a heartbeat throughout this crisis.
Emily Hills – Operations Manager :
– Knows the business inside out and back to front.
– Makes sure everything happens when it should and 100% correctly
– She has her finger on the pulse of every Ops email, every order and every thing
– Data management and excel spreadsheet Queen!
James Black – Warehouse Supervisor
– The Packing King!
– Organiser extraordinaire (even *made* barcode gun holsters to speed things up!)
– Arrives early by choice to get cracking
– Loves nothing more than time to streamline things even more
Debbie Dyson – Business Administrator
– Says exactly how it is so you know where you are. Crucial.
– Notices anything that may not be 100% and makes sure it is tackled head on
– Keeps the OFEX internal systems purring
– Never leaves paperwork to rest it is actioned, stamped and filed in a jiffy!
